An invitation to seniors living in Alburgh, Isle La Motte and North Hero. Join your “southern” neighbors for a hot, tasty, nutritious, homemade lunch. Good food and friendly conversation. Door to door transportation on a safe and comfortable C.I.D.E.R. mini-bus. All this for a donation of $3.00. Upcoming meals where northern island transportation will be available include:

C.I.D.E.R. presents yet another opportunity for older adults to prevent falls and stay fit. Offered this winter/spring is a late afternoon T’ai Chi class. The class will start on February 7th and run through March 30th and will be held at the South Hero Congregational Church on South Street. The classes will be one hour in length, Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 4:00.
