Rob Rousseau leads the Tai Chi group through their paces on a warm summer morning

Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. In fact, because tai chi is a low impact exercise, it may be especially suitable if you’re an older adult who otherwise may not exercise.  Rob Rousseau leads our tai chi classes at the Congregational Church in South Hero, Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 9:00-10:00am and Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm.  A donation of $2 per class is requested.
