Title VI of the Civil Rights Act

C.I.D.E.R. operates its program and service without regard to race, color and national origin as stipulated in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. If you feel you have been discriminated against based on your race, color or national origin, you may file a complaint with the C.I.D.E.R. Title VI Officer at (802) 372-6425. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Vermont Agency of Transportation at (802) 595-6959.
