Health and Wellness Activities


C.I.D.E.R. offers or sponsors a variety of health and wellness activities for older adults. These include:

A. Living Strong in the Islands Strength and Balance Training Class

Led by Judy Steacy.

Where: During the current COVID-19 crisis – via Zoom and St. Rose of Lima

When: Tuesday and Thursday from 10 to 11 am

When: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:00 – 10am and Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 – 5:00pm
